Shipping Policy
**Canada Post strike update**
We will continue using Canada Post when possible, but shipping times may take longer due to delays and rotating strikes. If Canada Post is not available, we will be shipping with FedEx or UPS. If these shipping companies don't deliver to your address, we will have it shipped to the nearest FedEx/UPS store/access point where you can pick up the package.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 4pm ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We mainly ship with Canada Post and offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 business days if you live in southwestern Ontario and 5-10 business days for all other locations. Express shipping is available at a higher cost and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.

Although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. FERBA and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.
